Role Description

As a Consultant, you will help create a taxonomy framework and qualification tests for our applicants.

Design and implement a structured classification system tailored to the organization’s needs.
Develop competency-based assessments to evaluate the knowledge, skills, and expertise of future applicants.
Provide expert recommendations on optimizing classification and assessment methodologies.
Work closely with our methodologist to ensure alignment between taxonomy development and recruitment strategies.
Review and refine the taxonomy framework and qualification tests based on feedback and testing outcomes.

Qualifications

Master's degree or PhD in Artificial Intelligence (AI) or a related field.
At least 7 years of professional experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) or a related field.
Advanced level of English (C1) or above.
Experience in taxonomy and creating qualification tests.
Ability to learn new methods and switch between tasks and topics quickly.
Willingness to work with challenging, complex guidelines.

Requirements
