Role Description
You will join our data processing team, where you will spend time training on our systems and building skills to succeed in a high performing work environment. You will be responsible for processing quotation documents and policies and to contribute to a quality-based team serving our customers.
Responsibilities
- Review Quotation Documents
- Get pertinent information from documents and transfer it to a proposal template
- Review proposal document to ensure everything is accurate
- Track proposals created
- Coordinate with onshore counterparts as needed
- Check all renewal policies to ensure they got paid
- Check each individual insurance carrier's website
- Pull-up each policy and make sure there is no balance due
- Escalate the unpaid policies back with onshore counterparts
- Other ad-hoc tasks
Qualifications
- Experienced in a similar role
- Good Communication Skills
- Computer proficiency to include Microsoft Suite
- Data entry experience preferred
- Prior office experience preferred

Job Details
- Position: Data Processing Associate
- Location: Eastwood Libis, QC (Work from home until further notice)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM
