[Hiring] CX Program Manager @Pyramid Consulting

Role Description

Immediate need for a talented CX Program Manager. This is a 06+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in U.S (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the full lifecycle of customer profiles, lookbooks, agendas, meeting decks, and program documentation.
• Prepare briefing materials for executive-facing meetings and engagements, anticipating leadership needs.
• Coordinate calendars across customers, executives, and internal stakeholders, managing complex multi-party and multi-timezone scheduling.
• Maintain customer data and engagement tracking systems, ensuring records are accurate and statuses are current.
• Manage day-to-day operational workflows that support customer engagement programs, internal processes, and deliverables.
• Prepare and maintain customer-facing and executive-facing materials, ensuring information is accurate, current, and readily available.
• Organize and maintain program artifacts, meeting assets, documentation, and records using consistent standards.
• Support recurring reporting, metrics, and operational dashboards that provide visibility into program performance and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• PMP certification.
• Experience in customer engagement/customer operations.
• Experience supporting executives or senior stakeholders.
• 3+ years of program/project operations experience in a fast-moving enterprise technology environment.
• Proven experience in executive-level communication and preparing executive briefings.
• Strong artifact management skills, including customer profiles, lookbooks, agendas, meeting decks, and program documentation.
• Proficiency in scheduling, including multi-party and multi-time-zone coordination.
• Experience in CRM/data management, maintaining customer records, engagement status, reporting accuracy, and data quality.
• Cross-functional coordination and follow-through capabilities.
• Ability to work independently, build processes, identify issues, and proactively resolve them.
• Strong communication and judgment in ambiguous or escalation-sensitive situations.
• Comfortable working in Pacific Time.

Requirements

Pay Range: $60 - $63/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
