The Impact You’ll Make in this Role:

• Manage multiple daily Customer Incentive Program (CIP) activities, including Rebates and Marketing Development Fund (MDF) programs.
• Validate monthly accruals and support timely customer payments.
• Review Marketing Development Fund claims for accuracy, documentation, and policy compliance.
• Resolve transactions, payment, accrual, and system issues with stakeholders and identify root causes.
• Support CIP processes during process changes, and system enhancements.
• Guide business users on CIP processes and system inquiries.
• Act as the primary CIP contact for Sales, Marketing, Finance, Commercial Operations, and IT delivering responsive and reliable support.
• Analyze and validate operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain reports, dashboards, presentations, and metrics using Excel, Power BI, and other tools.
• Prepare materials and meeting notes for monthly accrual reviews.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or higher AND +3 years of experience in data analysis or finance.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience with financial and sales analysis.
• Familiarity with Power BI and SAP.
• Experience presenting dashboards to different audiences.
• Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to build conditional formulas, VLOOKUP's, pivot tables, create macros and manage large data sets.

Requirements

• Familiarity with MDF.
