Delphi Care Solutions is seeking experienced CQC Registration Consultants to join our growing network of specialist consultants. We support care providers across England with:

As demand continues to grow, we are looking for consultants with a proven track record of securing successful CQC registrations and guiding providers through the registration process from initial enquiry through to approval.

Qualifications

• A demonstrable track record of securing successful CQC registrations across one or more regulated activities
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, standards and registration requirements
• Experience drafting Statements of Purpose and registration documentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• A professional, consultative and solutions-focused approach
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills
• Enhanced DBS Certificate

Requirements

• Previous Registered Manager experience
• Previous Nominated Individual experience
• Operations Management experience
• Quality & Compliance Management experience
• Experience supporting providers through registration interviews
• Experience within Domiciliary Care, Supported Living, Residential Care or Nursing Care services
• Experience managing multiple registration projects simultaneously
