[Hiring] Country Coordinator @UNIQA Group Services

Role Description

This is a position suitable for passionate professionals who want to work for a leading European Insurance Group on a very flexible work schedule. You will work as part of a multinational group with true, large, enterprise-wide systems, complex architectures and real life constraints (speed, performance, non-stop systems availability) and are going to be part of an agile team aimed at designing and implementing enterprise level solutions.

Contract duration: permanent

Schedule: full-time (8 hrs/day, Monday to Friday)

Your responsibilities

• Act as the operational link between the central Agentic AI Platform team and UNIQA country organizations.
• Create and coordinate country rollout and onboarding plans, including readiness activities, workshops, dependencies, and follow-up actions.
• Gather, structure, and harmonize country demand and feed it into Product Management and ART planning.
• Coordinate local champions and support country teams in adopting central platform standards, reusable components, and delivery guidance.
• Track adoption, onboarding progress, risks, decisions, and agreed KPIs by country and provide transparent reporting.
• Organize and run the Agentic AI Platform Community of Practice and knowledge-sharing formats.
• Coordinate stakeholders such as local IT leads, Country CIO organizations, use case teams, architecture, security, and operations.
• Identify recurring country needs and promote group-wide reuse instead of duplicated local solutions.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in international program coordination, rollout management, change management, or technology adoption.
• Proven experience coordinating multiple countries, business units, or distributed stakeholder groups in a matrix organization.
• Experience planning and facilitating onboarding workshops, communities of practice, and structured knowledge transfer.
• Good understanding of enterprise IT platforms, cloud services, data/AI initiatives, and the difference between central and local responsibilities.
• Ability to structure demand, dependencies, decisions, risks, and adoption measures into clear management reporting.
• Strong cross-cultural communication, facilitation, diplomacy, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in insurance or another regulated industry is an advantage.
• Excellent English is required; German and additional CEE languages are advantages.
