Role Description

Qualifications

• College diploma or equivalent practical experience in a relevant administrative or business support role
• 1 to 2 years of experience in administrative support, preferably with exposure to service billing and contract administration
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in telephone conversations and stakeholder inquiries
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain accurate records
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify issues and recommend practical solutions
• Ability to work independently, manage assigned tasks, and collaborate effectively with team members

Requirements

• Update service rates and other relevant contract details
• Maintain accurate contract information and verify changes against service requirements
• Manage service workflows and assign jobs to the appropriate service teams
• Confirm job completion and verify the status of assigned service requests
• Assess task urgency, prioritize critical matters, and escalate issues that require immediate attention
• Manage the service inbox and respond to email correspondence promptly and professionally
• Handle service-related telephone inquiries and prioritize urgent calls
• Coordinate with service teams to resolve invoicing issues and service discrepancies
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of information collected from service requests, contracts, and related communications
• Complete other administrative and operational tasks as assigned
