Role Description

This role partners with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure SAP Concur solutions meet contractual and industry standards. It designs and supports a SaaS Travel & Expense ecosystem including:

• Concur
• Reporting
• API integrations with finance and HR systems
• Duty of Care
• Mid office travel tools
• Corporate card providers

Responsibilities include:

• Translating change requests into requirements and design documentation
• Coordinating technical integrations
• Providing Concur subject matter expertise
• Supporting development and SIT/UAT
• Promoting releases to production while supporting client stakeholders

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience with Travel & Expense industry
• Understanding of latest technology and trends in Travel and Expense practice
• Experience with integration of various travel and expense applications and systems with expertise in SAP Concur
• Microsoft Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Microsoft Word
