[Hiring] Community Manager @Zexter

Role Description

We are looking for a Community Manager responsible for building, developing and maintaining an active player community around the brand. In this role, you will take ownership of the brand’s player community, engagement and communication.

• Manage communication with players across Telegram, Discord and other community channels.
• Build and grow an active community around the casino brand.
• Maintain daily communication and engagement with players.
• Moderate discussions and respond to community questions.
• Launch community activities, contests, giveaways and engagement mechanics.
• Communicate promotions, tournaments, new games and product updates.
• Collect player feedback and communicate important insights to Product, CRM and Customer Support.
• Identify complaints, recurring issues and potential reputation risks.
• Work closely with Customer Support on player issues and escalations.
• Monitor community sentiment and competitor communities.
• Prepare reports on community growth, engagement and player feedback.

Qualifications

• Experience in Community Management, preferably in iGaming, gaming, betting or crypto.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with Telegram and/or Discord communities.
• Ability to communicate naturally with players rather than using corporate scripts.
• Understanding of online casino/player behavior is a strong advantage.
• Fluent Spanish and English - mandatory, additional language is a strong plus.
