[Hiring] Client Import Analyst @Livingston International

Role Description

This position reports to the Manager and acts as the primary support and day-to-day client contact for the client service teams/operations team. Responsibilities include:

• Facilitating release and entry summary completion.
• Accountable for client and customs process management and compliance activities.
• Ensuring all entries are classified and billed accurately within LII service standards.
• Position is fully remote and Monday to Friday day shift.

Qualifications

• Strong entry writing experience.
• Client service oriented with interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle large volumes and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail; organization, completeness, and accuracy.
• Good analytical skills with problem-solving ability.
• Excellent time management skills.

Requirements

• 5 years of related experience.
• Required: High School/GED or equivalent.
• Preferred: Associates Degree or post-secondary education.
