Role Description

The Pega Client-Cloud Advisor is a strategic advisor working with our key client-cloud accounts, accelerating their alignment with Pega-as-a-Service framework to ensure optimal experiences. Advisors are trusted partners who translate client business outcomes into modern, scalable cloud architecture, guiding clients through production adoption and ongoing optimization. This is a high-impact role that sits at the intersection of Sales, Delivery, and operations, directly influencing client transformation.

In this role, you will shape how enterprise clients think about and operate their Client managed Cloud platform. You'll be aligned with clients, guiding architecture decisions that unlock innovation and drive competitive advantage. Your technical leadership will open new opportunities for Pega guiding clients through Currency, Health, and Security updates while building deep, trust-based relationships. You'll mentor client teams, challenge assumptions, and bring Pega's latest capabilities to life in ways that matter to their business. What You'll Do at Pega

• Participate in solution assessments and roadmaps that align client technical strategy
• Advise on modern, scalable cloud native solution patterns spanning multiple applications, integration patterns, data flows, and governance models published by Pegasystems engineers
• Provide best practices to client architects and platform teams on currency, security, solution health
• Lead checkpoints on service readiness, health, security, currency
• Enable client teams to independently manage their solution estate on critical capabilities; build long-term capability so they own their success
• Escalate and resolve high-level solution or governance blockers; partner with Consulting, Specialized Advisory on security, networking, and VPC integration
• Represent client technical interests in internal Pega forums and architecture boards; drive decisions on technical direction and trade-offs
• Capture cloud native solution lessons learned and patterns; contribute to Client-Cloud Advisory knowledge base and thought leadership
• Partner across Delivery, GCS, and Product to ensure seamless execution and escalation resolution

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to translate business outcomes into technical strategy and influence decisions without formal authority
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities; comfortable speaking to both C-level executives and technical engineers
• Proven ability to work embedded with clients; thrives in client-facing roles and builds deep, trusted relationships
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with intellectual curiosity and commitment to staying current on platform trends
• Advanced teamwork and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively across Sales, Delivery, Product, and Operations
• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or equivalent advanced Pega certification preferred; training provided
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, or equivalent professional experience
• 8+ years in enterprise software architecture, solution design, or technical delivery (Pega experience preferred; enterprise Java/cloud platforms acceptable) preferred
• 5+ years of experience enterprise applications in Pega or comparable platforms preferred
• Proven experience leading architecture assessments, modernization roadmaps, and complex technical decisions
• Experience in influencing key stakeholders e.g. CTO's, platform owners and technical architects
• Strong knowledge of Pega Infinity platform architecture, Cloud infrastructure, governance, security, and operations or willingness to acquire
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native application design or willingness to acquire
• Strong experience architecting enterprise integration patterns (APIs, services, event-driven architecture) or willingness to acquire
• Comfortable with ambiguity; drives clarity through structured thinking and decision-making
