[Hiring] Café Training & Operations Lead @Chobani

Role Description

The Café Training & Operations Lead drives consistency, capability, and operational effectiveness across the café organization. This role connects Field Leadership, District Managers, Coffee Trainers, Innovation/R&D, and Café Operations to ensure new products, processes, systems, and standards are effectively tested, documented, trained, and implemented in the field.

This role owns the development and ongoing maintenance of training materials, SOPs, operational resources, and field-facing tools. The role partners closely with Innovation/R&D and Field Leadership to validate new processes and ensure they are practical, operationally ready, and supported with the appropriate training and resources before implementation.

The Café Training & Operations Lead also manages key administrative and operational processes within SAP for the Café organization, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and related reconciliation activities.

• Field feedback drives continuous improvement in processes and training.
• SAP purchasing processes are accurate, timely, and well maintained.
• Café teams experience clear expectations and practical support when new products, processes, equipment, or standards are introduced.
• The role is a trusted partner to the field, helping improve consistency and operational execution.
