[Hiring] Business Systems Analyst III @Pyramid Consulting

Role Description

Immediate need for a talented Business Systems Analyst III. This is a 06+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in U.S (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements from business units and translate those to programmers and developers.
• Confer with clients regarding the nature of the information processing or computation needs.
• Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation.
• Interview or survey workers, observe job performance, or perform the job to determine what information is processed and how it is processed.
• Coordinate and link the computer systems within an organization to increase compatibility and ensure information can be shared.
• Consult with management to ensure agreement on system principles.
• Expand or modify systems to serve new purposes or improve workflow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related field required.
• Must be comfortable to work in Pacific Time Zone.
• Hands-on operation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a comparable platform.
• Experience with issue triage and incident/escalation management for enterprise marketing platforms.
• Ability to work established runbooks and dashboards independently with limited onboarding.
• MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
• Proven ability to communicate issue status and business impact to non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable reading dashboards and reporting platform health and audience-reach metrics; able to spot anomalies against baselines.
• Hands-on experience with an enterprise marketing automation platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud strongly preferred; Salesforce CRM, Marketo, HubSpot, or Adobe Marketing Cloud acceptable), including working with vendor support teams.

Requirements

• Pay Range: $55/hr - $60/hour.
