[Hiring] Business Systems Analyst @Quantify Specialty Care

Role Description

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to help support the growth we are experiencing. This is a 100% remote position within the US. Must live and work in the US. No third party, W2 only. No sponsorship.

Strong UX and wireframing experience is required. Applications without it will not be considered.

Pay Range: $130,000 - $150,000

What you will do

• Business Analysis
  • Partner with SMEs, Leadership, Clinical, and Development stakeholders to analyze and document business requirements.
  • Interview SMEs.
• Solution Design
  • Create mockups and/or prototypes.
  • Develop functional specifications, configuration documentation, and requirements documents.
• Testing & Production Support
  • Participate in systems testing.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Qualifications

• Live and work in the US.
• Have a stable and reliable high speed internet connection.
• Be an expert in using one of the mockup tools – Figma, Balsamiq, Miro, Axure RP, etc.
• Be proficient in conveying requirements through mockups and prototypes.
• Have experience working within an Agile / Scrum environment.
• Have experience working with Jira or other Scrum management tool.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• 5+ years of business systems analyst experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
