Role Description

Join Infusion For Health as an IT Business Systems Manager! The Business Systems Manager owns how Infusion for Health turns its data into reporting the business can act on:

• The pipelines that bring data in from our own systems and from outside vendors.
• The Power BI environment those reports live in.
• The answers internal teams come looking for.

We expect this work to be done through AI tooling, not around it. We are looking for someone who:

• Directs AI tools to produce queries, models, reports, and scripts.
• Has strong SQL knowledge and understands our data well enough to specify work precisely.
• Can critically read results and catch errors before they impact downstream processes.

Compensation: $90,000k-$100,000k per year + Benefits. This role is fully remote. Ability to work PST hours as needed highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills: Able to write and debug queries against a large production database.
• Power BI expertise: Owning the environment, including models, DAX, refreshes, workspaces, and access.
• Fluent in AI tooling: Uses AI assistants to produce queries, models, reports, and scripts, and reviews their output.
• Comfortable with APIs and integrations: Pulling data from vendor APIs and handling scheduled files and feeds.
• Able to read and work in C#: Understanding how our internal Portal operates with data.
• Clear written communication: Able to explain data to non-technical staff.

Requirements

• Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for internal teams.
• Own the Power BI environment: Maintain datasets, refreshes, workspaces, and access.
• Build, monitor, and maintain data pipelines from clinical, billing, and vendor systems into the central data warehouse.
• Act as the key contact with external vendors on data agreements and exchanges.
• Collaborate with departments to turn open questions into measurable outcomes.
• Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions and present findings.
• Verify your own output: Ensure accuracy of any number reaching decision-makers.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, or computer science, or equivalent experience.
• Three or more years building and supporting data and reporting systems, including hands-on ownership of a BI environment.
