Role Description

The scope of Retail Bank Operations is impressively broad and encompasses a wide range of critical functions. These include:

• Managing the cash needs for our branch and ATM networks
• Printing and mailing important bank documents
• Handling both inbound and outbound collections for home lending, automobile, and card services
• Focusing on loan mitigation and investor operations
• Developing process improvement and automation opportunities
• Overseeing the daily processing of cash and check deposits, bill payments
• Executing strategic quality management functions

As a Business Experience & Planning Advisor within PNC's Retail Bank Operations organization, you will be based remotely.

Responsibilities

• Oversee process improvement programs that work with cross-functional teams across the organization
• Use Lean Six Sigma methodology to review business processes and identify potential gaps and risks
• Execute lateral leadership, delegating to peers on the team and leading/influencing partners across the organization
• Use analytical skills and problem solving to identify solutions to potential gaps
• Effectively communicate findings and recommended solutions to executive leadership
• Confidently give recommendations to the execution of business strategies
