Role Description

The Health Solutions Broking Consultant at Aon is responsible for:

• Overseeing RFP and renewal transactions on behalf of local client teams.
• Analysing terms, conditions, and pricing with vendors on behalf of clients.
• Peer reviewing RFP and renewal transactions for U.S. Broking colleagues.
• Working closely with supporting analysts, vendors, specialty groups, and client teams to deliver client value through consistent deliverables.
• Consulting as a subject matter expert to develop and drive the strategy and approach of U.S. Broking benefits.
• Answering market trend and product questions from the field.
• Mentoring and training junior colleagues within the practice.

Qualifications

• Life & Health license required.
• Benefit consulting or benefit management experience required.
• Strong project management discipline and experience leading projects independently.
• Professional approach and strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong product and technical knowledge; specific (but not limited to) Medical and Stop Loss employee benefits.
• Ability to multi-task and work within deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of relevant experience.
