Role Description

The Brand Standards Coach (BSC) role is responsible to assist in elevating the growth and success of our franchise system.

Facilitating Restaurant Operations Improvement Process (ROIP) evaluations
Supporting New Restaurant Openings (NROs)
Building influence through strong operational knowledge and credibility with franchisees and their employees
Providing proactive, honest, and informative interactions during restaurant visits
Identifying key areas for improvement related to operational efficiency and profitability
Upholding core values and operational brand standards to protect and grow the Papa John's brand
Driving operational improvement through the ROIP process

Qualifications

Requirements

Ability to conduct ROIPs in restaurants to meet company goals for frequency
Understanding and enforcing brand standards & operational policies and procedures
Demonstrated efficiency in time and territory management
Ability to communicate areas of improvement identified during restaurant visits
Capability to complete all responsible administrative functions and requirements of the role in a timely manner
