This home-office based position offers exciting travel opportunities, supporting recruitment and company events at our centers across North Carolina and the Midwest. If you're ready to make a difference while working in a dynamic, supportive environment, this is the role for you!
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment, experience in healthcare preferred. BCBA recruitment a plus.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in proactively sourcing candidates through a variety of channels, including social media, job boards, networking, and headhunting, to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Creative, out-of-the-box thinker who thrives on discovering and implementing new recruitment strategies to attract top talent and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Willingness to travel to recruitment events primarily within North Carolina.
- Ability to cultivate meaningful relationships with candidates, ensuring an exceptional experience from application to hire.
- Skilled in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), digital platforms, social media and proficient with MS Office.
- Strong ability to work in a collaborative environment, both remotely and on-site, while maintaining focus and attention to detail.
- A driven, assertive attitude with a passion for learning and evolving your recruiting methods.
- Comfortably engaging with candidates through written and verbal communication, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
