Role Description
Als Auditor bij MSX International kan je op verschillende gebieden acteren, bijvoorbeeld het gebied van garantie waarbij je diepgaande beoordelingen van het garantieproces van de dealer maakt. Je kan ook op het gebied van Corporate Identity (CI) ingezet worden waarbij je zorgt voor CI-nalevingsaudits voor de fabrikant, inclusief bedrijfsprocessen. Tot slot kan je ten aanzien van ISO(-certificering) ingezet worden bedrijfsprocessen auditeert op compliance volgens ISO-normen.
- Uitvoeren audits conform de opgegeven richtlijnen en met objectieve benadering
- Uren registratie / verantwoording verwerking in MSX systeem
- Actieve bijdragen tijdens meetings (met klant en intern)
- Bijdragen leveren aan continue verbeteren
- Analyse van historische prestaties van dealers.
- Handmatige beoordelingen van vooraf geselecteerde claims en ondersteunende documentatie.
- Beoordeling van service, - verkoop, - en of onderdelenprocessen.
- Vanuit ‘best practices’ dealers adviseren op welke manier te voldoen aan productie-eisen.
- Ondersteuning van dealerpersoneel bij de implementatie van nieuwe en/of herziene processen zoals vereist door dealers.
- Stelt gedetailleerde beoordelingsrapporten op, incluis de gebieden van procesinefficiënties, verbeteringen, opleidingsvereisten, enz.
- Bereidt specifieke actieplannen voor.
- Presenteert resultaten aan het senior management van de dealer, inclusief de ‘dealer principal’.
- Audit CI en dealerprocessen volgens fabrikantstandaard en rapporteert de resultaten.
- Controleert ISO - procedures en beheer. En het adviseren van dealers over het beheer van ISO – processen.
Qualifications
- Ervaring met ISO 9001 & 14001
- Nederlands en Engelse taalkennis, PRE voor Frans en Duits
- Kennis van Automotive sector (is pre)/Technische kennis
- Communicatief vaardig
- Secuur en gestuctureerd
- Goede kennis van MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
