[Hiring] Associate Program Coordinator @Providence

Role Description

This position is responsible for developing best practices with the goal to make patient access processes efficient for the Patient and Caregivers experience. Standard work includes:

• Analysis and documentation of existing workflows
• Use of data to drive discovery work
• Development of performance tracking tools
• Assisting in implementing solutions that will improve efficiencies and drive standardization and optimization for Patient Market Experience workflows
• Auditing processes and procedures
• Coordination of compliance related information and reporting of highly sensitive HIPAA data
• Making recommendations on opportunities for optimization
• Bridging gaps across the enterprise

Qualifications

• 3 years knowledge of revenue cycle principles including patient access and pre services
• 2 years experience in revenue cycle workflows
