[Hiring] Associate, Market Shaping @Clinton Health Access Initiative

Role Description

CHAI’s Market Shaping Team is seeking an Associate to support CHAI’s market shaping strategies across programmatic areas, including:

• Developing a market access strategy for a portfolio of preeclampsia- and maternal anemia-related commodities.
• Developing a market access strategy for a portfolio of artificial intelligence (AI)-supported diagnostics.

The Associate will report to the project leads for these respective WNH and AI diagnostics projects.

This role will require up to 25% travel.

Responsibilities

• Landscaping and analysing suppliers of priority commodities for LMICs.
• Developing demand forecasts and uptake models for new and existing commodities.
• Executing costing and impact analysis for new models of financing, procurement, and distribution.
• Analysing country introduction and scale-up requirements.
• Preparing presentations, reports, investment cases, and other analyses.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Developing market analytic frameworks, tools, and templates.
• Supporting business development efforts.
• Maintaining effective relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
• Executing other responsibilities as needed by the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative modelling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and handle ambiguity.
• Ability to drive forward assigned workstreams effectively.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• English language fluency, both written and verbal.

Advantages
