Role Description
The Marketing Associate will use creative and organizational skills to bring to life a wide array of fundraising and awareness programs for our clients. Responsibilities include:

Being part of a working team that conceptualizes, plans, and implements marketing campaigns, including earned and paid advertising campaigns, brand development, digital activation, special events, and experiential marketing.

Developing plans, strategic pathways, and managing client projects, social media, on-site activations/events, timelines, and budgets.

Researching and creating marketing strategies and implementation plans/timelines for multiple client campaigns and defining tasks needed to implement those strategies.

Coordinating client meetings and collaborating with copywriters, graphic designers, digital vendors, and others to create integrated marketing content.

Conceptualizing, creating, and managing the content calendar and scheduling deadlines.

Supporting budget tracking and reporting.

Developing project contracts, managing their review, approval, and client submission.

Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the company, its products, vendors, and client base to implement effective marketing/awareness campaigns.

Communicating effectively with excellent writing skills across multiple writing styles, including emails, proposals, statements of work, document editing, and briefs.

Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with teammates, clients, and external vendors.

Displaying strong decision-making for on-site event activations to support broader campaign strategy.

Designing and implementing ongoing social media campaigns for multiple clients, including organic posting and monitoring.

Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Recent, strong college internships or two or more years of work experience in an agency or related professional environment.

Bachelorβs degree.

Background in a full suite of marketing tactics including digital, advertising creation, placement, and creative development.

Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, friendly, dependable, and proactive.

Must be able to multitask, have strong attention to detail, be highly organized, and be able to consistently manage multiple projects.

Must have experience working with shared project management software, Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Workfront, and Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).

Must have working knowledge of AI products (Copilot, Creator, ChatGPT, etc.).

Experience using social media content management programs (Sprout Social, HootSuite, etc.).

Experience creating presentation decks using Canva and/or PowerPoint.

Must be able to collaborate with team members, creative professionals, and clients.

Demonstrated ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
-
Ability to travel, up to 15-20%.
