[Hiring] Associate Claims @Bell

Role Description

Claim's group is responsible to open and manage claims on Bell Canada's network.

• Track, obtain and analyze forms and the associated costs related to the claim.
• Scrutinize all documents to ensure completeness and accuracy of information.
• Analyze, detail and validate cost and process corrections if applicable.
• Create, monitor and close all related files in various systems.
• Provide all pertinent information required for the recovery.
• Receive calls to initiate claims against liable third parties.
• Assess and notify all departments associated with the repair.

Qualifications

• Bilingualism required: Maintaining professional relationships with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada is critical to this position.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

Requirements

• Knowledge of outside network.
• Knowledge of the following applications: CMS, FWFM, Horizon, and ACUT.
• SAP.
