[Hiring] Application Support & Testing Specialist @Anovia

Role Description

We are looking for a Systems Specialist to support and test our Radio Online (ROL) application. The role involves:

• Application support
• Integration and system testing
• JavaScript scripting
• Working in an Agile team

You will troubleshoot user issues, manage defects in Jira, maintain ROL system rules, and work with the team to improve the application.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering or technical discipline and 3+ years of engineering, IT or technical experience OR 5+ years of engineering, IT or technical experience
• Great verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical steps simply and help users with patience and empathy

• Knowledge or experience with digital and/or analog radio technologies and dispatch consoles (Nice to Have)

Requirements

• Provide timely technical support and facilitate application training sessions for users
• Conduct comprehensive integration and system testing in cloud environments
• Work within a mature, small-scale Agile team to refine the application and manage defects via Jira
• Participate in advanced JavaScript training and specialized workshops focused on ROL testing techniques and CI/CD practices
• Develop and maintain ROL system rules and models using JavaScript (variables, loops, functions)
