[Hiring] Airtable Supply Tech Tools Manager @Intersources

Role Description

The Supply Tech team at client enables scalable growth, operations and productivity for Airbnb's Host organization through reliable data, intelligent workflows, and frictionless experiences that move at the speed of client. Supply Tech in the Host Business Org is responsible for creating and managing the systems that our teams use to acquire, vet and optimize our supply of Hosts for Stays, Services and Experiences.

As an Airtable Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in enhancing our operational efficiency by developing and launching tools tailored for our internal teams and external partners. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather tools requirements and leverage your technical skills to create custom interfaces in Airtable.

Your role will involve:

• Requirements gathering
• Solution development
• Project management
• Feature testing and deployment
• Performance reporting of systems and programs

Qualifications

• 6+ years of work experience with increasing responsibility in a technology or consulting environment
• Masters Degree
• Experience managing and executing large cross-functional projects in the technology/operational space
• Knowledge of Airtable is required; similar CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Retool) is a strong plus
• Hands-on experience with identifying use cases, onboarding teams, including training and technical support
• Analytical toolkit - Modeling and data manipulation in Excel/sheets is critical; SQL is a bonus
• Confidence, resilience, creativity, and self-sufficiency in solving problems
• Exceptional collaborator and influencer with the ability to work across functions and geographies
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Design and develop custom interfaces in Airtable
• Manage the project lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment
• Monitor prototypes and experimental use cases with data reporting and dashboarding
