Role Description

The Op COURAGE service is a specialist mental health team for Military Veterans, based in the community.

• Providing team administration support service to the Op COURAGE Service and the leadership team.
• First point of contact for all team calls and queries, managing the office telephone line and operating the team email inbox.
• Uploading and maintaining referrals into the service.
• Supporting key meetings, taking minutes, and assisting with data reporting.
• Providing a sensitive communication approach to service users and professionals.
• Collaborating with key partner organisations, service users, carers, clinicians, and colleagues across the Trust.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative support.
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Familiarity with clinical systems and electronic patient records.

Requirements

• First point of contact for the Op Courage Team via telephone for internal and external queries.
• Open and sort incoming emails and other post in a timely manner.
• Provide a full and confidential administrative service to the Op Courage team.
• Support with meetings, including dissemination of relevant items to staff.
• Organise meetings and other functions as directed, including communication to attendees.
• Work autonomously to manage workload and prioritise tasks.
• Maintain and manage service records, documentation, and correspondence.
• Provide relevant information for reports and assist in maintaining data.
