[Hiring] Administrative Assistant @Turf Casa

Role Description

Support the team with organized records, documents and remote coordination. This position coordinates with our on-site fulfillment teams; it does not perform physical warehouse, delivery, installation or facilities work. U.S.-based remote applicants are welcome; employment eligibility for the applicant's work location must be confirmed during hiring.

Full-time is the primary opening. Part-time candidates may be considered depending on staffing needs. Entry-level applicants are welcome. Paid training is provided.

Pay: $20.50-$24.75 per hour in base pay. Starting pay within this range depends on relevant skills and experience.

What you will do

• Maintain shared files, contact lists and routine administrative records.
• Prepare documents and organize meeting or task follow-ups.
• Collect information from fulfillment teams and route operational requests to the right owner.

What will help you succeed

• Comfort with everyday office software and organizing information.
• Comfortable learning remote collaboration tools.
• Ability to communicate with on-site teammates and follow approved processes.
