[Hiring] Solution Consultant @Vectors

Role Description

As a Solution Consultant, you’ll combine sales and customer success for our key customers and partners. You’ll help people find the right Caelor solution, guide them through demos, adoption and renewals, and bring what you learn from customers back into our product, marketing and revenue work.

• Own 1:1 relationships with key customers and hands-on Solution Partners
• Run discovery calls, demos, solution walkthroughs and follow-ups for our core apps
• Help customers with onboarding, adoption, renewals, migration questions and adding a second app
• Spot renewal risks, expansion potential and partner-led opportunities early
• Turn customer and partner insights into case studies, battle cards, product feedback and roadmap input
• Keep a strong working knowledge of Caelor apps, Atlassian use cases and competing solutions

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of experience in solution consulting, account management, customer success, sales engineering or partner-facing consulting
• Hands-on work with B2B SaaS customers, ideally in the Atlassian ecosystem or with Marketplace apps
• Experience running demos, workshops, onboarding sessions and renewal or expansion conversations
• Good knowledge of Atlassian products (Jira Service Management, Confluence, Marketplace apps) and how customers use them day to day
• Ability to explain technical or operational topics in simple terms
• Commercial thinking around retention, expansion, packaging, discounts and partner-led growth
• Ability to build trust with customers, partners and internal teams
• Clear written and verbal communication in English, including notes, handoffs and customer-facing materials

Requirements

• A plus: background in intranet, knowledge management, service management, asset management or internal communication use cases
