[Hiring] Senior Client Success Manager @Nortal

Role Description

Nortal's Client Services team in the Americas is hiring a Senior Client Success Manager to own a portfolio of strategic accounts. These are complex engagements and clients, the kind where the account plan & strategy matters as much as the relationship. You will:

• Set account strategy, own forecasting and revenue targets.
• Identify and close growth opportunities.
• Build and expand executive-level relationships.
• Open doors to C-level stakeholders.
• Create access and influence needed to strengthen partnerships and unlock new opportunities.
• Work closely with Delivery, technical, legal, and finance teams to ensure commitments are sustainable and can grow.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Client Success, Account Management, or a comparable client-facing commercial role.
• Direct experience on Tier-1 or enterprise-scale accounts.
• A demonstrated track record of owning revenue targets, forecasting, and upselling/cross-selling on complex, multi-stakeholder accounts.
• Full professional English (C1+), primary point of contact for US enterprise stakeholders.
• Experience in technology services, digital platforms, or enterprise software environments.
• Hands-on experience negotiating and administering multiple contract types (T&M, fixed price, retainer, SOWs, MSAs).
• Disciplined CRM hygiene and comfort producing revenue, forecast, and account-health reporting for internal and client audiences.
