[Hiring] Senior Client Manager @Marsh McLennan

Role Description

As our Senior Client Manager on the Commercial Entertainment team, you’ll be responsible for the following:

• Provide the highest quality service to customers.
• Sell new lines of coverage and cross-sell within the existing book of business.
• Act as the day-to-day liaison between the insurance company (MIB) and designated accounts.
• Manage and control relationships with clients (business managers and/or individual customers).
• Daily servicing of customers, including:
• Addressing various coverage issues.
• Contract analysis.
• Exposure analysis.
• Handling and/or directing all inside service work associated with clients’ accounts.
• Managing endorsement activity, routine coverage questions, problem solving, and renewal control.
• Preparation of formal proposals and checking and binding policies.
• Inform the Producer on strategic account issues, claims, and other potential problems.
• Oversee all processes related to renewals, account management, and new business development.
• Ensure Standard Operating Guidelines (SOG’s) are used and followed for all insurance transactions.

Qualifications

• Build and maintain constructive and effective relationships with clients.
• Provide consistent, accurate, timely, and pertinent communication to clients.
• Respond to client inquiries/issues within a 24-hour timeline.
• Resolve/assist with any service or claims issues/questions.
• Assist in the design of or independently design insurance plans for clients.
• Assist clients in making appropriate coverage changes.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to review summary reports and maintain relationships.
• Inform and educate clients about coverage, exclusions, exposures, and stewardship programs.
• Monitor and review client satisfaction at least quarterly; report findings/issues to the Producer.

Requirements

• Ability to use computer keyboard and sit in a stationary position for extended periods.
• Use of office machinery such as fax and copy machines, and telephones.
• Work performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
