[Hiring] Senior Account Manager @Optiplay

Role Description

We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager — someone who understands that in B2B iGaming, great relationships are built on sharp business acumen, speed, and strategic influence. As we prepare to launch our slot portfolio to the market, you will be the driving commercial force behind our footprint. You won’t just manage accounts; you’ll pave the way, open doors with major operators, and turn our games into top-performing assets across partner platforms.

• Drive commercial success: Take full ownership of B2B sales and account expansion during our market launch phase.
• Build and execute pipeline: Identify, negotiate with, and onboard key iGaming operators, aggregators, and platforms.
• Become a strategic partner: Work closely with operator casino managers to secure optimal lobby positioning, prominent game placement, and targeted promotional campaigns.
• Align product with performance: Analyze performance data (GGR, NGR, bets, active players) to spot growth opportunities and feed market insights back to product and leadership teams.
• Represent the brand: Be the face of the company at major industry events, expos, and client meetings, building long-term trust and high-value industry connections.
• Shape commercial processes: Help build our sales playbook, commercial terms, and account management framework as we scale.

Qualifications

• Proven track record: 4+ years of B2B Sales / Account Management experience within a slot provider, aggregator, or top-tier iGaming ecosystem.
• Established network: Strong, active contacts with casino operators, CRM heads, and platform decision-makers.
• Launch mindset: Experience taking a product or portfolio to market from scratch (or driving massive growth in an early-stage environment).
• Data-driven & business-smart: Deep understanding of key industry metrics (GGR, NGR, RTP impact, lobby visibility, promotion ROI) and how to negotiate win-win commercial deals.
• Product passion: You genuinely understand slot mechanics, player preferences, and what makes a game perform in different markets.
• Exceptional communication: Confident, persuasive, and adept at negotiating complex deals with both operational teams and C-level stakeholders.
• Autonomy & drive: You thrive in high-ownership environments where you set your own pace and take pride in closing deals.
• Fluent English (additional languages like Spanish, German, or Portuguese are a major plus).
