[Hiring] Regional Account Manager @Amrize

Role Description

This teammate will report to the Regional Business Manager of a Region and will be responsible for facilitating profitable growth of Elevate business through Spec/Product/Project development and Training to Consultant/Architect community. Also, to support and grow business with Regional Building Owners.

What You'll Accomplish

• Develops and facilitates Spec, Product and Project growth in territory, including:
  • Promotes and demonstrates new product information to Consultants and Architects.
  • Delivers educational presentations to Consultants and Architects.
  • Reviews project specifications to assure most effective product selection and use.
  • Sets strategic goals for spec development by segment and customer.
  • Supports Elevate Brand Transition from Spec Conversion.
• Supports and grows business with Regional Building Owners, including:
  • Delivers value as the single point of contact for Regional Building Owners by providing solutions to their needs throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborates with local sales representatives to discover, connect, and establish Regional Account Agreements with Building Owners.
  • Tracks and monitors accounts and provides Regional Business Manager insight and development strategy on future potential and growth.
• Effectively communicates with customers, sales representatives, and internal teammates to provide solutions, including:
  • Corresponds with customers via phone/email and in-person communication in a timely manner.
  • Travels with sales representatives to understand each local market and provide support to grow the territory.
  • Works with Technical team to resolve pre/post installation issues when required.
  • Assists installers with product substitution requests and submittals.
  • Provides market-specific information to Sales/Marketing/Quality/Technical team when requested.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field from an accredited college or university.
• At least 5 years relevant experience.
• Business and/or Financial experience desired.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite Excel (pivot tables, V-Look Up), Tableau, PowerPoint.
• SAP experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships with customers, subsidiaries, agents, and sales force.
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, or sales.
• Ability to multitask and adapt priorities quickly.

Requirements

• Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators.
• Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
