[Hiring] Partner Success Specialist @Playtomic

Role Description

We are looking for a Partner Success Specialist to work with our partner clubs in Ireland. As a Partner Success Specialist, you’ll play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships between our partner clubs and Playtomic. • Create long-term relationships with potential and existing partners through proactive and regular communication, supporting our partner clubs in everything they need to build engagement and maximise their benefit from our platform. This includes weekly and monthly business reviews and face-to-face meetings.
• Maximise the operational performance of our partners, making sure we always deliver the best service to our partners.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of our platform and always be up-to-date with the new releases our product team announcements.
• Onboard new partners to our platform by providing them with all the information and tools they need to start delighting their players.
• Identify clubs at risk of churn, analyze their needs in order to avoid churn and build an action plan for reactivation proactively.
• Identify new partner opportunities by actively tracking the market and engaging with prospects.

This position requires travel to visit clubs, estimated at 20% of the total working time.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in account management or business development.
• Experience in building long-term relationships.
• Tech savvy: Experience with Hubspot or other CRMs, and expertise in data platforms.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Data-driven approach to translating complex information and data into valuable insights.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on high-quality delivery.
• Fluent English.
• Problem solver, highly organized, detail-oriented, and decisive.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and high-performance organization.
• Proactive, quick-witted, open, self-starter with an appetite to learn.

Requirements

• Experience in the padel/tennis industry, and experience of managing sports club.
• Project management experience.
• Experience with Hubspot is a plus.
• Location: Ireland, Dublin preferred.
