Role Description

At CI&T we are looking for a Partner Account Manager in Colombia!

• Partnership Culture: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing partners to ensure ongoing collaboration and mutual success. A strong sense of how Partners and Service Integrators can work together.
• Support to GUs and Projects: Assist project teams on how to effectively engage with partners and provide guidance to optimize collaboration. Become the focal point into Accounts to drive success in the partnerships.
• Understand and apply the partnership program requirements.
• Business Opportunities Identification: Identify business opportunities arising to drive revenue and growth and register at the partner platform.
• Lead Generation: Identify new leads through partners and leverage them for business growth.
• Success Stories: Capture, write, and publish success cases and customer success histories to showcase joint achievements with partners.
• Event Organization: Plan and organize events with partners to promote collaboration, enhance relationships and drive growth.
• Incentive Funds: Understand, capture and coordinate incentive funding programs from partners to support joint initiatives.
• Certifications and Specializations: Support the process to get people certified and get the company specialized depending on partner requirements.
• Joint Marketing Coordination: Coordinate joint marketing campaigns with partners to maximize outreach and impact.

Qualifications

• Fluent English.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
• Experience on Account relationship management.
• Strong experience working with partners with proven records.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated success in managing and growing client accounts.
• Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic account plans that align with client objectives and drive business growth.
• Experience in negotiating contracts and agreements with clients and partners to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, fostering a cooperative and productive work environment.
