Role Description

The Network Account Executive manages day-to-day relationships with provider network accounts across Washington and Oregon and is responsible for provider relationship management activities including:

• Contracting
• Education
• Training
• Customer service
• Execution of network development strategies

This role serves as a business-facing ambassador for IHCS, advancing the organization’s interests within the healthcare provider market and positioning IHCS as the preferred partner for value-based home care services.

Qualifications

• Must reside in WA/OR
• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree plus two (2) years of work experience with a plan payer, in health care, or a related field with Provider Development and/or Provider Relations. Four (4) years of experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree
• Knowledge and understanding of managed care concepts
• Knowledge and mastery of basic negotiating skills and contract language
