Role Description

Altour has an exciting opportunity for an experienced National Account Manager to join our team! ALTOUR’s National Account tier includes regionally significant customers who require structured, growth-focused engagement. As a National Account Manager (NAM), you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of these accounts—delivering on contractual obligations, driving program performance, and fostering long-term partnerships.

• Manage a portfolio of National-tier clients, each with structured engagement expectations and defined business goals.
• Serve as the day-to-day contact for travel program management, issue resolution, and reporting coordination.
• Develop and maintain account plans aligned to client goals, spend forecasts, and optimization opportunities.
• Facilitate structured check-ins with clients and ensure delivery of agreed reports, SLAs, and service expectations.
• Work cross-functionally with Operations, Sourcing, and Commercial Operations to ensure seamless program delivery.
• Collaborate with the Manager, Inside Accounts to determine where accounts may shift tiers and require different delivery models.
• Monitor account-level profitability, renewal risk, and growth opportunities.
• Track and report client satisfaction trends and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in account management, customer success, or program delivery.
• Strong client service mindset with the ability to balance responsiveness with prioritization.
• Experience working with structured service models and reporting frameworks.
• Comfort collaborating cross-functionally and navigating client escalations diplomatically.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with Excel, CRM systems, and service tracking tools.
• Travel industry or B2B service experience preferred.
