[Hiring] Founding Head of Client Success @PurpleBinder.app

Role Description

We're looking for a Founding Head of Client Success to own the entire post-sale client experience from day one. You are the person who turns a signed customer into a happy, retained, expanding customer.

• Client onboarding: Welcome new clients, walk them through the platform, answer questions, and ensure they feel confident in their decision.
• Document fulfillment: Generate document drafts using AI-assisted tools, review for quality and accuracy, and deliver to clients.
• Compliance monitoring response: Act on regulatory changes detected by our scanning engine, review changes, and deliver updates to clients.
• Upsell and expansion: Manage upsell campaigns, target clients for promotions, and convert one-time purchases to monitoring subscriptions.
• Client retention and relationship management: Own ongoing relationships, check in proactively, manage renewals, and track client health.
• Product feedback: Gather client feedback to shape the product roadmap and communicate insights to the founder.

Qualifications

• Experience managing client relationships in professional services, SaaS, HR, legal, or compliance contexts.
• Strong written communication skills for client interactions through email and messaging systems.
• Detail-oriented and quality-driven, ensuring all documents meet professional standards.
• Comfortable using AI tools and understanding when human correction is needed.
• Proactive approach to client management, anticipating needs and following up.
• Belief in the mission of providing better compliance tools for small businesses.

• Experience with a production-ready product that delivers genuine value.
