[Hiring] Enterprise Customer Success Manager @Aveni

Role Description

We’re looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to own some of our largest and most strategic relationships with UK wealth managers. You’ll be the client’s trusted advisor after the sale, making sure Aveni delivers measurable value across thousands of users, and leading renewals and growth.

We use advanced AI to enable scalable efficiency for financial services companies, combining world-leading Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Model (LLM) expertise with deep financial services domain experience to drive enterprise-wide productivity.

You’ll take full post-sales ownership of a portfolio of enterprise accounts, each worth around £1m. You’ll be the go-to person for your clients, building relationships up to C-suite level, running quarterly business reviews and pulling in Implementation, Support, Product and our leadership team to drive progress.

This is a senior, visible role with a clear path towards Key Account Director or Customer Success leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own customer outcomes: Build and run success plans that show measurable ROI from Aveni.
• Drive retention and growth: Lead renewals and find expansion opportunities across Aveni Assist and Aveni Detect.
• Build executive relationships: Become a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders in Operations, Compliance and the C-suite.
• Orchestrate Aveni: Bring in the right internal teams and leaders at the right time.
• Run QBRs: Deliver business reviews that tie outcomes to client goals.
• Drive adoption at scale: Use usage data to find gaps across thousands of users and act on them.
• Represent the customer: Bring the client voice into product decisions.

Qualifications

• B2B SaaS Experience: Customer success experience in B2B SaaS, managing several large enterprise accounts at once.
• Agile Environment: Scale-up or start-up experience (or proven success adapting from a large vendor to a smaller business).
• Commercial Track Record: A proven track record of renewing and expanding accounts while staying customer-centric.
• Leadership & Presence: Executive presence and confidence with senior stakeholders, combined with a genuine eagerness to learn.
• Mobility: Comfortable with regular travel to client sites.

Nice to Have

• Experience with wealth management or wider financial services clients.
• B2B2C products where success meant adoption across thousands of end users.
• Experience working with AI or data-driven products.
