[Hiring] Client Relations Partner @Radiology Partners

Role Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client billing teams, managing relationships and resolving payment and claims issues.
• Review revenue cycle metrics and collaborate with internal and external billing partners to drive process improvement initiatives.
• Lead and coordinate special projects, meetings, and cross-functional efforts to improve revenue cycle performance.
• Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure compliance with state and federal billing regulations.
• Manage multiple client relationships simultaneously while addressing escalated billing and patient concerns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of revenue cycle management experience in a high-volume environment preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, medical billing, and CPT/ICD coding.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and process improvement leadership skills.
