Role Description

As a B2B Account Manager , you will manage relationships with CareerSwift's business clients, understand their needs, coordinate requests, and help ensure they have a positive experience with our products and services.

• Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with assigned B2B clients.
• Understand client goals and recommend relevant CareerSwift products or solutions.
• Coordinate client requests with internal teams and ensure timely follow-up.
• Conduct regular client check-ins and identify opportunities to improve engagement and satisfaction.
• Support account growth by identifying relevant upsell or expansion opportunities.
• Maintain accurate client information, activities, and follow-up tasks in the CRM.
• Collect client feedback and share relevant insights with sales, customer success, and product teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in account management, customer success, sales, business development, or a related role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused approach with good commercial awareness.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple client relationships.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and other digital tools.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.

Requirements

• Experience working with B2B SaaS, technology, AI, or digital products.
• Experience managing small or mid-sized business accounts.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
• Experience with upselling, account expansion, or client retention.

Compensation

$55,000 - $72,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
