[Hiring] Account Manager @dsm-firmenich

Role Description

• Develop and manage sales of dsm-firmenich products within the dietary supplements industry, achieving volume, pricing, and profitability targets.
• Monitor and analyze customer and product sales performance, implementing corrective actions when needed.
• Capture and communicate key market insights (e.g., customer feedback, competitive pricing strategies, market actions) to inform business decisions.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals, including pricing quotations, to drive customer engagement and growth.
• Lead customer forecasting and demand planning activities across the assigned territory.
• Manage and develop the sales pipeline through effective use of the CRM platform.
• Deliver impactful commercial presentations to enhance customer knowledge of dsm-firmenich solutions and strengthen brand positioning.
• Prospect new customers, identify growth opportunities, and champion innovation in the marketplace.
• Ensure full compliance with dsm-firmenich SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) policies in all activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required in technical or business field.
• 5+ years of experience in a sales, business development, and/or account management role within B2B environment.
• Dietary Supplements industry experience a strong plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time – primarily domestic travel.
• Demonstrates experience in communicating with a variety of functions to generate sales.
• Positive attitude with a drive toward meeting and exceeding targets.

Requirements

• The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location.
• In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits. All benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements.
• Salary: $120,000.00-$145,000.00.
