Role Description

We’re looking for a proactive and organized Client Account Manager to become the go-to person for day-to-day client communication and help keep projects running smoothly.

• Manage client requests, follow up on ongoing tasks, coordinate with internal specialists, and ensure clients feel supported.
• Maintain strong client relationships across a portfolio of around 20–30 accounts.
• Ideal for someone who takes initiative, enjoys building relationships, and can manage priorities in a fast-growing agency.
• Ability to learn quickly, stay organized, communicate clearly, and take ownership is essential.

Qualifications

• Around 3 years of experience in account management, client success, customer service, project coordination, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
• A proactive mindset — you take initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do.
• Reliable follow-through and attention to detail.
• Confidence handling client requests, solving problems, and making decisions independently.
• A client-first approach and the ability to build positive, lasting relationships.
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn in a growing, evolving environment.

Requirements

• Experience working at a digital marketing agency (nice to have).
• Familiarity with Local SEO, website development, paid media, or AI-powered marketing solutions (nice to have).
• Experience with GoHighLevel, ClickUp, or similar CRM and project management tools (nice to have).
• No need to be an expert in every tool or service from day one.
• A willingness to learn, take ownership, and grow with the team is what matters most.

Location & Working Arrangement

• Location: Remote (Latin America)
• Schedule: Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week.
• Working Hours: Aligned with Pacific Time, generally around 8–9 AM to 4–5 PM PT, with some flexibility.
• Employment Type: Independent contractor.
