[Hiring] Account Manager @Whoop

Role Description

WHOOP is seeking an Account Manager, Australia & New Zealand to own and grow our retail partnerships across the region. This is a highly cross-functional role that combines commercial account management with hands-on trade marketing execution. You will be responsible for driving the performance of our retail partners, including:

• Managing forecasts, purchase orders, inventory, and account plans.
• Developing and executing programs that increase awareness, engagement, and sell-through.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for key retail partners.
• Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other global teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow key retail partnerships across Australia and New Zealand, managing day-to-day relationships and commercial performance.
• Develop account strategies and joint business plans that support sales targets and broader company objectives.
• Lead regular retailer business reviews and ongoing account touchpoints.
• Develop and execute retailer marketing plans and omni-channel activations in partnership with internal Marketing teams.
• Serve as the regional voice of our retail partners internally.
• Support the continued expansion of the WHOOP retail footprint across Australia and New Zealand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, trade marketing, or a related commercial role.
• Demonstrated experience managing retail or wholesale accounts.
• Experience developing and executing retail marketing programs.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Self-starter who is comfortable operating independently.
• Passion for fitness, health, and technology.
• Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks.
