Role Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Client Management side of our Language Services team within the Clinical Research Industry.

• Coordinate clinical translation & linguistic validation projects.
• Utilize client management skills while focusing on excellent customer service.
• Act as the client’s main point of contact throughout the lifetime of a project.
• Manage client relationships and coordinate the development of compelling proposals.
• Ensure client satisfaction by analyzing needs and offering appropriate solutions and quotes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties.
• Process requests autonomously using standard tools and quality processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in client services and account management.
• Experience in the translation industry and Linguistic Validation, eCOA or COA experience.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Excellent customer service skills, including clear communication with clients.
• Experience in clinical outcomes assessments and/or knowledge of linguistic validation is a plus.
• Process-driven with strong attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
• Strong team player, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in managing multiple, varied tasks simultaneously and independently.
• Ensure delivery of finished product at the expected level of quality within set timelines.
• Administrative follow-up of projects from launch to finalization.
