[Hiring] Account Manager @TrueNAS

Role Description

The Account Manager is responsible for understanding the client's business objectives and challenges and leveraging the TrueNAS product portfolio to provide solutions that meet those needs. The ultimate mission of the Account Manager is to be a trusted advisor to the client, driving business success for both the client and TrueNAS.

The Day-to-Day:

• Generate growth around TrueNAS' full portfolio of hybrid and all flash unified storage arrays.
• Effectively communicate and present the TrueNAS company vision, value proposition, and go-to-market strategy in all communication forms.
• Handle a complex and technical medium-term sales process from lead to quote to close to maintenance, support, and advocacy.
• Generate revenue by developing business and securing long-term customer relationships and referrals by demonstrating a steadfast commitment to providing an amazing customer experience by becoming your customers' Trusted Advisor.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in B2B sales for both large and small organizations where brand recognition may not be strong.
• 2+ years experience in Storage Sales and/or Datacenter Technologies preferred.
• Experience using Salesforce a plus.
• Background in Open Source Technologies a plus.
• Familiarity with TrueNAS is a plus.
• A positive, can-do, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to be both self-reliant and a team player.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Requirements

• Base Pay: $60,000 USD annually with an OTE of $100,000.
• Final offer will consider various factors, such as location, education, and prior experience.
