Role Description

You would own the business, the financial performance and the growth of a portfolio of corporate, enterprise and franchisor clients. This includes:

• Executive client leadership across both layers: corporate executives, day-to-day franchisor contacts, field and operations leaders, and participating franchisees.
• Resolving disconnects between corporate expectations and franchisee realities before they affect retention.
• Enterprise expansion and enrolled-location growth, carried as two distinct goals.
• Franchise convention growth, owning the account strategy for conventions and system-wide events as a growth engine.
• Managing the portfolio P and L, including revenue, retention, scope, contracts, pricing, budgets, delivery expenses, change orders, and profitability.
• Team and delivery leadership, directly managing and developing the Account Manager and Local Marketing Manager.

Qualifications

• Seven to twelve years in digital marketing, client leadership, or agency account management.
• Experience with retention, expansion, or portfolio financial accountability alongside delivery responsibility.
• Understanding of the client's business plan, unit economics, and franchise system.
• Ability to identify root causes of problems rather than symptoms.
• Desire to carry a portfolio P and L and two separate growth numbers.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a Denver-based remote role, with occasional in-person collaboration in Glendale office.
