[Hiring] Account Development Representative @Hireframe

Role Description

The Account Development Representative is a part-time, remote role blending sales support and administrative assistance. This is not a quota-carrying lead generation position. You'll be the organizational backbone for our sales lead: handling follow-ups, keeping the CRM clean, and making sure paperwork gets closed out. This role keeps the sales engine running behind the scenes, so the people selling can spend their time with customers.

Schedule: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM US Central Time

Duties and Responsibilities

• Send timely email follow-ups to prospects and clients
• Manage and maintain HubSpot: log activity, update contacts, and keep deal stages current
• Update sales and pipeline trackers so the team always has an accurate picture
• Prepare and process paperwork for closed deals
• Keep the sales lead organized: calendar, open tasks, and follow-up reminders
• Handle occasional client-facing communication, mostly by email, with rare phone follow-ups
• Self-starter. Given an unclear task, you ask one or two clarifying questions, then run with it and execute well.
• Autonomous. You manage your own day and priorities without needing constant check-ins.
• Organized. You keep trackers, inboxes, and paperwork tidy, and nothing falls through the cracks.
• Clear written communicator. Most client contact is by email, so professional, concise writing matters.
• CRM experience. Hands-on HubSpot experience is strongly preferred.
• Administrative and sales support background. Prior experience supporting a sales team or executive.

Qualifications

• Experience working with or selling to public sector clients (nice to have)
• Lead generation experience, even though this role isn't quota-carrying (nice to have)
• Familiarity with B2B software or AI/tech startups (nice to have)
