Role Description

Create YouTube content that transforms healthcare expertise into videos patients actually choose to watch. You'll work directly with doctors, surgeons, dentists, and other health experts to uncover what makes them different, identify the questions their patients are actually asking, and turn decades of expertise into compelling YouTube content that educates, builds trust, and grows their practice.

This isn't blogging, SEO writing, or simply turning articles into video scripts. It's equal parts content strategy, audience psychology, packaging, and storytelling.

Before writing a script, you'll identify the strongest topics, develop titles and thumbnail concepts that earn attention, and ensure every video serves a clear strategic purpose within the client's channel.

We need someone who writes for the ear, not the eye. Every sentence should make the next sentence impossible not to hear.
