Role Description

The Website Content Assistant – Branch Opening Hours is responsible for ensuring that the opening hours displayed on the organisation’s website are accurate and up-to-date. This role involves:

• Checking approved hours against relevant online pages.
• Making routine updates within given permissions.
• Flagging any unclear information for the content owner.
• Identifying which pages display each location and comparing current text with the approved schedule.
• Ensuring that the public-facing page matches the source after updates.
• Following employer instructions for when notices go live and when they should be removed.
• Making inconsistencies visible before a customer plans a visit.
• Keeping office administration notes that identify the approved source and any outstanding locations.
• Working remotely with reliable access to online content tools.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is beneficial.
• Prior website publishing experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to compare dates carefully and follow publishing instructions.
• Willingness to learn the content system and review process.

Benefits

• Salary range of £51,675–£55,575 per year for 37.5 full-time hours; part-time pro rata.
